Lead genLocal Services Ads
Google Guaranteed screening and license paperwork, then budgets split by job type instead of one pooled daily cap.
- Weekly credit disputes on junk leads
- Bid caps per job category
- Response-time and rating tracking
We run the lead side for American HVAC contractors: Local Services Ads, Maps, paid search, and the call handling that turns a ring into a job on the board. If a truck sits, we hear about it.
HVAC only · one contractor per metro
What we run
A homeowner with no cooling calls three companies and books the one that picks up. Everything below exists to make yours the one that picks up first.
Google Guaranteed screening and license paperwork, then budgets split by job type instead of one pooled daily cap.
The map pack decides a lot of repair calls before anyone reaches a website. Categories, service areas, photos and review flow all feed it.
Repair, replacement and maintenance are three different businesses with three different margins. They get three campaigns and three pages.
Overflow answering and missed-call text-back, wired into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or FieldEdge so the job lands on your board with its source attached.
First month
No discovery phase that eats a quarter. The audit is short because the diagnosis is usually obvious.
We pull your call recordings, ad accounts and Business Profile, and count how many inbound calls last month ended without a booked job.
Campaign structure, landing pages, tracking numbers, and the handoff into your field software. Your accounts, your billing, our access.
Live inside the first week. Budgets start conservative and move toward whichever job type is closing, not whichever one is cheapest to buy.
Weekly: calls by source, booked versus missed, cost per booked job. Click-through rate is in there somewhere, near the bottom, where it belongs.
Why one trade
An agency that runs dentists, roofers and gyms on the same playbook will spend your July budget the way it spends everyone's July budget.
HVAC demand does not arrive evenly. It arrives on the first 95-degree afternoon and again on the first hard freeze, and the contractor who has capacity ready that week takes the replacements. The rest of the year is maintenance plans and the long, quiet work of staying in the map pack.
That shape is what we plan against. It is also why we take one contractor per metro: two clients in the same city means bidding one against the other with their own money.
Send last month's call log. We will tell you how many were marketing problems and how many were phone problems, and what each one costs you.
Questions
No. One per metro, written into the agreement. If your city is taken we will say so on the first call instead of pitching you for six weeks.
You do. Google Ads, Local Services and the Business Profile stay in your name with your billing attached. We work inside them. If we part ways, nothing gets taken back.
Month to month after the build. The build itself is a fixed scope with a fixed fee, because it involves work we cannot un-do if you leave in week three.
Then advertising is the wrong thing to buy first. We will say so. Answering and text-back come before we spend a dollar on clicks, and if you would rather fix that in-house, do that and call us after.
We build the pages that ads point at, and city and service pages that earn Maps and organic traffic. A full rebuild is separate work with its own quote.
Roughly three trucks and up, residential-heavy. Below that the fee is a bigger share of your budget than it should be, and you are usually better off putting the money into a second van.
